HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
* Contact SB Raceway to schedule the day and time you would like to have your event.
** Sorry no Fridays, Saturdays or Holidays.
* We will send you a flyer for you to copy and distribute to family, friends and colleagues.
* The flyer states your organization’s name and the dates patrons are come to SB Raceway and purchase races. They must bring this flyer with them at time of purchase to ensure you get paid.
* When participating patrons pay their bill, they must present the certificate to the cashier. This will then be attached to the respective bill.
ABOUT THE NUMBERS
NOW SB RACEWAY TAKES OVER FROM HERE AND YOUR MONEY WILL START TO ADD UP. THE MORE FLYER/CERTIFICATES WE GET; THE MORE YOUR ORGANIZATION EARNS.
* SB Raceway’s will give your organization 20% of the total bills attached to the organization's flyers. (Totals exclude sales tax.)
* When your scheduled days are complete, SB Raceway’s will add up all the money and send your organization a check within one week of your final fundraising day. * Your organization and members benefit with Great Food and Service.
** Depending on the amount of people you are expecting to attend will help us determine how many days you will want to run your fundraiser. We may have to separate your organizations classes or committees into attending certain days in order to accommodate all who are willing to participate.
